Baden Academy will be participating in our first ever Math-a-Thon to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Did you know that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food? Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped pushed the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to 80% since it opened 50 years ago. Please help us to raise money for this amazing organization! The first step is to complete the permission slip that your child will bring home on Friday, May 13, and send it back to school by Friday, April 22. Without a permission slip, your child will not be able to participate in the Math-a-Thon. As soon as the permission slip is sent in, start collecting donations! Remember, no donation is too small! We would love to have a 100% participation rate from the entire school! Donations should be brought to school by Friday, May 13—the day of the Math-a-Thon.
